Gibraltar opened its' doors for business in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 16, 1995. We currently have five full time estimator/project managers, and average over 60 field personnel.

Gibraltar is a hands on, self-performing General Contracting firm specializing in concrete, carpentry, and general labor trades. It is the objective of the Owner of the Corporation to pursue clientele that desire the highest quality at a fair price, and a contractor that can and will commit to completing projects on time, and within budget. There is an upper echelon in the Construction Industry that owners, architects, construction managers, and sub-contractors have come to recognize, and Gibraltar prides itself in knowing we fit in that category.

Gibraltar’s management team (link bio) has considerable experience in the heavy commercial and institutional areas of construction and has the ability and willingness to tackle projects with very tight completion schedules and with an above average level of difficulty of construction. Fast tracked projects are of particular interest to Gibraltar. The upper management has been very successful at securing these types of contracts with numerous clients over the years while also employed by other Contractors in the industry as company Presidents, Vice Presidents, Chief Estimators, and Contract’s Administrators.

Gibraltar’s Ownership, Management, and Field Supervision all share some of the most basic philosophies for any business, which include continuing a reputation of trustworthiness, responsibility, integrity, and quality. Gibraltar strives only to hire the best-qualified supervisors and tradesmen in the field, project managers, estimators, and only those sub-contractors who share Gibraltar’s ideals, and, of course, have established above par reputations themselves. The 110+ years of experience of the upper management has allowed Gibraltar to easily identify those sub-contractors in the industry that share these attributes, and have found no difficulty in soliciting and securing proposals from those whom we want as part of our construction "team."
